The Caldiff apple distillate is made with the aromatic and tasty Gravensteiner apple; In the distillation process we follow a very ancient method carried out in bain-marie stills. The particular flavour of Caldiff is assured by its slow maturation in barrique.

| Moskatella Roner 70 cl. - South Tyrol
|
The yellow Muoscato grape, the richest and ripest, is distilled twice, following the ancient production method in bain marie stills. It is one of the most precious products of our house. Due to the rarity of this grape the production of this eau-de-vie is very limited. The "Moskatella" eau-de-vie has the typically pleasant and very aromatic flavour of the Moscato grape.
