To deserve a "Reserve" label, the grapes selected to produce this wine must ensure a minimum natural alcohol content at least one degree higher than classic Teroldego Rotaliano. But that’s not all. This is what we mean by traditional style Teroldego; the wine is aged in wooden barrels, which nonetheless do not absolutely affect the wine’s natural taste or fruit characteristics.
