The Prosecco di Conegliano DOC Extra Dry is the ‘traditional' Prosecco faithfull respecting the historical traditions of the sparkling wine made out of Prosecco grapes of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Careful wine making techniques brings out in this wine its variety of aromas with its sapidity, exalted by the bubbles. Notes to tasting Alcohol content (vol.) approx. 10.5% ca, depending on the year. Residual sugar: 15-16 g/l. Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues. Nose: very delicate and fruity with a hint of apple. Perlage: very fine and persistent, giving an impression of liveliness and elegance. Taste: fruity, soft and at the same time dry thanks to its characteristic acid note.
Servings suggestion: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal and easy accompaniment to light Mediterranean style dishes. Excellent cocktail wine.
