Darbo fruit syrups are highly concentrated fruit juices for dilution with water. Over 80% fruit juice content from selected varieties for a unique taste experience. No chemical preservatives or colourings are used in the production of these specialties.

Memories of real South Tyrolean apple strudel and Christmas smell: a creation from fruity thin apple struggle refinee with a pinch well to ground cinnamon. Very fragrantly, sweetish marks, pleasantly, warmly and only slightly bitterly.
Dried Pears 50 gr. - Frutty - Neufeldhof
Grand mum's "Kirchtagskrapfen" (doughnuts) with "Kloatzenmarmelade" (pear jam), a true tidbit. We produce the new "Kloatzen" (pears) of our special pear varieties. A breath of feeling of well-being lies in their taste: the grainy flesh, softy, mildly trusts just sweetly pleasantly. Our unsulphurized pears of constantly high quality are suitable to the baking and also to the cooking. Untreated, unsugared and without any preservatives, carefully dried.
Dried Fruits Mixed 70 gr. - Frutty - Neufeldhof
No wishes remain unfulfilled! The mixed dried fruit assortment offers the opportunity to taste different fruit kinds. They differ not only in the taste but also in the consistency of each other. From crisp hard to softy, from sweetly to well sourish. According to availability this packet contains a variation from pears, Kaki, plums, peaches, strawberries or cherries.
Dried Khaki 70 gr. - Frutty - Neufeldhof
Kaki, called also honey apple, prosper thanks to the mild climate also at the Neufeldhof in Bolzano / South Tirol. In this country the sweet fruits strike at the end of November when the Kaki sheets were dropped from the tree and only the orange fruits shine in the scanty branches like Christmas balls. The Kaki fruit has a very high portion of Beta-Carotin (provitamin A) which makes it food-physiologically especially valuably. The firm flesh and the slightly spicy-sweet honey taste remind of dates.
