Carattere: Vitigno: Pinot Bianco (60%), Chardonnay (20%) e Sauvignon Blanc (20%). Zona di produzione: Terlano. Altitudine: 300-500 m. Terreno: sabbioso di origine porfido; Resa: 90 Q.li per ettaro. Vinificazione: fermentazione in recipienti d’ acciaio inossabile a temperatura controllata, maturazione su lievito fine per sei mesi, al 70% in recipienti d`acciaio e al 30% in botti di legno grande; Colore: giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi verdognoli. Profumo: buona complessità con sentori floreali;sà di frutta tropicale, mela cottogna e leggermente di miele. Sapore: asciutto, armonico, morbido ed elegante, con lunga persistenza, longevo. Gradazione alcolica: 12,5% vol. Conservabilità: 4-6 anni.
