Type of wine: fruity white.
The grapes: 70% garganega, 20% trebbiano, 10% chardonnay,.
The vineyard: vineyards situated on the hills of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone. Part already renewed with new training systems with a high density of vines per hectare.
The vinification: garganega and trebbiano are vinified by the white wine method in the traditional way, the chardonnay undergoes the process of criomaceration (short contact at low temperature between must and skins) to extract more aromas and to give structure, and is partly fermented in small oak barrels (barriques).
The wine: very fresh, notes of white fruits, floral hints on the nose. In the mouth it shows a marked acidity tempered by the softness of suggestions of apple and peach and finishes with a light touch of lemon.
Food matches: ideal for all fish dishes, molluscs and shellfish. Recommended glass: small goblet with long stem.
Serving temperature: 10-12°.
