Al naso il profumo di prugna matura, di mirtilli e di viola si fonde in armonica con sentori di liquirizia, cannella e tabacco. I tannini ben strutturati e la frutta intensa donano sapore denso, pieno ed avvolgente. Gradazione alcolica: 13,5 % vol.
Abbinamenti consigliati: ideale l'accostamento a piatti di carni rosse, importanti, e a formaggi di media e lunga stagionatura.
Temperatura di servizio: 16 - 18° C.
