The Manincor Winery is a renowned producer of wines the South Tyrol region in northern Italy. The winery is located in Kaltern am See, one of the most beautiful wine-growing regions in South Tyrol. The winery was founded in the 17th century by the von Enzenberg family and has been family-owned ever since. In 1991, the winery was taken over by Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg and has since developed into one of the best-known wineries in South Tyrol under his management. The Manincor winery focuses on natural and biodynamic viticulture, which means that the grapes are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. Instead, natural methods such as green manuring, composting and the use of beneficial insects are used to keep the soil and grapes healthy. Biodynamic farming also incorporates cosmic rhythms and moon phases into viticulture. The winery has a wide range of grape varieties, including local varieties such as Vernatsch and Lagrein as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully processed to produce wines of the highest quality. Manincor's wines are characterised by their elegance, finesse and complexity and are highly appreciated by wine lovers and critics worldwide due to their high quality. In addition, the winery is committed to sustainability and environmental protection and has received numerous awards for its ecological efforts.
