VIGNETI: Le uve provengono dalle zone di Termeno e Montagna, dove i vigneti si estendono su terreni di conformazione calcarea, argillosa con un sottosuolo ghiaioso ad un altezza di circa 300 fino a 450 metri s.l.m.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva è stata sottoposta ad una pressatura soffice immediata. La successiva vinificazione è stata fatta in contenitori d'acciaio a temperatura controllata (21°C) senza fermentazione malolattica.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Termeno, patria del Gewürztraminer domina la scena lungo la riva occidentale dell'Adige e i migliori vigneti consacrati a questo vitigno hanno un colore caratteristico giallo rossastro con sfumature verdi quando raggiungono la piena maturazione. I più famosi vigneti di Termeno si trovano nelle microzone di Söll (Sella) e Rungg (Ronchi), dove il vino diventa ricco e di tessitura setosa, minerale e strutturato, con un elegante ed intenso aroma di Moscato, di petali di rose, spezie, frutti orientali come il litchi. Il Gewürztraminer è diventato uno dei vini più richiesti che vengono prodotti in Alto Adige. Questo vino si abbina con antipasti di pesce, pasticci e piatti di carne bianca saporita.
