Herb cheese the show cheese dairy Three Peaks
We offer to you here a whole loaf of approx. 3.5 kg. of a real Innichner herbal cheese, made after traditional recipe of daily freshly put raw milk and high-class-checked rennet. The herb cheese is a mild, decent cut-cheese with pea-shaped punching whose ripening period amounts at least 6 weeks.
A special mixture was added at this pole cheese with 7 garden herbs (chives, parsley, bear's leek and oterh) which leaves a wonderfully spicy mixture with the natural taste of the cheese.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight - under gap. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
The Alpine Dairy Three Peaks in Dobbiaco is a small but fine producer of dairy products that specialises in processing milk the region. Milk has been processed here into cheese, yoghurt and other delicacies for over 100 years. The alpine dairy is known for its high quality and its commitment to sustainability and regionality. The milk for the products of the Drei Zinnen alpine dairy comes exclusively local farms in the area. The farmers keep their animals in a species-appropriate manner and feed them with natural feed. Sardinian sheep's milk cheese "L'Isolano" with a ripening period of 2 - to 12 months. This Pecorino tastes very well as "formaggio da tavola" to a good little glass of wine, or as a melting / rub cheese to various dishes (pasta dishes, Pesto, ecc.).
With the Bresaola we define an air-dried cattle ham Italy, the taste a little milder and more softly than the Swiss "Bündnerfleisch".
