Sardinian sheep's milk cheese - Pecorino sardo "L'Isolano"
We offer to you here a whole loaf approx. 2.8 kg. of a real sardinian Pecorino. This Pecorino tastes excellently as "formaggio di tavola" to a good little glass wine, or as a melting / rub cheese to various dishes (pasta dishes, Pesto, ecc.).
It is produced exclusively of unskimmed milk of sheep of this Italian area under addition of natural milk acid bacteria and calf's rennet. the taste this Pecorino is very spicy, in colour straw-yellow compact consistency, partially also with light punching, with a ripening period of 3 - 4 months.
In the advanced ripe stage this Pecorino becomes in taste increasingly more spicy and more piquant, the structure becomes emery and harder, just those of a real grating cheese.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight - under gap. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.

the meat of the swine cheek is salted, peppered, lightly cold-smoked and put to mature into special premises. Perfect if cut thin, to cubes, as ingredient characterised for varied preparations of juices and condiments (carbonara, strained eggs, beans...)
The South Tyrolean farm bacon is a culinary event of the special kind. An exclusivity, only in tiny amounts available, for gourmets oriented to pleasure to whom among other things also is aware of the great importance of an adequate fat portion. The meat comes pigs who are held appropriate to the species on small-structured South Tyrolean farms and are nourished freely of genetic engineering with especially well-chosen feed. The result are the pigs who prove an especially mellow bacon.
