The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our 'Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.

Typical Tyrolean cheese often used as a filling for traditional dishes such as „Kasnocken” and savory “Krapfen”. Very low fat cheese obtained by acid coagulation without the addition of rennet. The ErlebnisSennerei is managed already in the 3rd generation by two brothers, who get the milk alp-farmers of the region. The grey cheese is smoked by DEGUST in beechwood for 6 hours coldly.
This high-quality product of the butchery Villgrater - Sexten is produced only of selected pork clubs which are mildly smoked, spicy, drily salted and stored to old Traditon for at least 6 months.
Luminous pale yellow in color Luminous pale yellow in color, this wine shows well-balanced apple, banana and vanilla notes. Full of character, it is well-structured and pleasantly salty on the tongue. Partial aging in small oak barrels lends this wine structure and elegance. It is well suited to cellar aging.
Pale green to light yellow in colour, this wine is satisfying to the nose as well as in the mouth. Fruity and aromatic, with notes of wild herbs and fresh grass, as well as nutmeg, it is full-bodied well-structured, juicy and balanced in its finish.
