The special herbal mixture after old traditional farm preion and smoking with selected, Sarntaler coniferous wood (mountain pine pine and juniper) give the "Original Grammhof Speck" the unique and unmistakeable taste.
Soft cheese bovine raw milk, Appearance: wrapped in wine sheets, Aroma: fruity, vegetal, Flavour: Wine nuances, Consistency: creamy - soft, Maturation: approx. 30 days
Perfect at the end of the meal, to garnish icecreams and desserts. Great aperitiv with sparkling wine or Prosecco. With grappa. Serve cool.
