One of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are the bacon dumplings, hand made by the butcher's shop Villgrater in Sexten/Sesto.
Produced personally by the Martelli family, in their own pasta factory in Lari, in the hills of Pisa in Tuscany.
The Sextner fennel salami Villgrater is produced of pure pork, it is an aromatic house salami with light fennel marks, air-dried after Italian kind.
