Sexten is the village of the Three Peaks, and here is produced the real Sextner cheese after rural, craft recipe, as ever!
We offer you here a whole loaf approx. 3,3 kg. of a real Sextner wine cheese which receives his dark red colour as well as his characteristic taste the storage in Lagrein pomace. The Sextner wine cheese is a cut cheese, decently in the taste with small, round punching whose ripening period amounts at least 10 weeks.
The Sextner farm salami Villgrater is produced of pure pork, it is an aromatic house salami with light garlic mark, air-dried after Italian kind.
A mild, slightly tangy taste lends Mila Bela Badia its distinctive character. With 45% FDM (milkfat in dry matter), a particularly smooth, soft consistency characterises this fresh table cheese.
