It was back in 1919 that the Bristot family first began roasting espresso coffee in Belluno. And whilst times have certainly changed since these humble beginnings, when coffee was delivered by bicycle, that same original dedication to quality and service permeates throughout the modern company. The farm ham combines in itself the taste and the typical form of the bacon as well as the delicacy and the wholehearted taste of cooked.
Complex and refined with hints of violets, cinnamon and red berry fruits.
It is produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels to get its typical amber colour. Its most striking feature is that it does not alter the colour of dishes but it adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent to replace wine vinegar).
Beneficial for preventing disorders of the prostate gland as well as bladder and kidney troubles. Approx. 30 drops to be taken diluted in some water every day.
