Roasted over olive tree wood
A blend of selected coffees wood-roasted using a traditional slow roasting process. Each type of coffee is roasted separately in order to obtain the most appropriate degree of roasting for that particular variety.
Before blending, each coffee is tasted in order to avoid any defects and guarantee the organoleptic qualities of the finished product.
Composition: 100 % Arabica
Colour: fresh, pale cherry red. Aroma: fruity and clear with notes of cherries, raspberries and redcurrants, fresh and playful. Taste: full-bodied structure, pleasantly fine acidity, attractive freshness, youthful winey nature, juicy and drinkable, a rosé with a red wine character and a fresh, long finish
Color: deep ruby to garnet red with a delicate shimmer of violet. Smell: The aroma reveals earthy, minerally notes masterfully underpinned with fruit components, with morello cherry and plum jam dominating. Taste: These peaty, spicy and yet velvety fruit notes also intrigue the palate, where this Lagrein Riserva presents itself with multilayered opulence and great complexity.
