Roasted over olive tree wood
A blend of selected coffees wood-roasted using a traditional slow roasting process. Each type of coffee is roasted separately in order to obtain the most appropriate degree of roasting for that particular variety.
Before blending, each coffee is tasted in order to avoid any defects and guarantee the organoleptic qualities of the finished product.
Composition: 100 % Arabica
The South Tyrolean wild boar's salami Villgrater is produced of 60% of wild boar's meat and 40% of pork, is dried mildly spicy with a light red wine mark and afterwards in home mountain air. The wild boar's salami belongs to the particular specialities of the butcher's shop Villgrater!

With the Tirol ham Villgrater we define a customary cooking ham, earlier known as Easter ham. By the dry pickle-process and the strong smoking the Trioler ham develops a strong, unmistakeable aroma.
Artichokes in olive oil.
Olive nere condite - L'Orto di Beppe, olives of the type Leccino, harvested in October and freshly processed. Refined and spiced will done naturally and exclusively with salt, garlic and fennel. After some months and a lot of care the olives are steamed a little bit and are ready so far.
