Roasted over olive tree wood
A blend of selected coffees wood-roasted using a traditional slow roasting process. Each type of coffee is roasted separately in order to obtain the most appropriate degree of roasting for that particular variety.
Before blending, each coffee is tasted in order to avoid any defects and guarantee the organoleptic qualities of the finished product.
Composition: 90 % Arabica, 10 % Robusta
Traditional production and the special style of the art of Sicilian coffee roasting were key parts in the creation of this exceptional southern Italian espresso. Extraordinary Sicilian Espresso with this outstanding South-Italianaroma. The composition is 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta.
The special herbal mixture after old traditional farm preion and smoking with selected, Sarntaler coniferous wood (mountain pine pine and juniper) give the "Original Grammhof Speck" the unique and unmistakeable taste.
Chestnut cream 380 gr. - Barbieri
The Pustertaler salamis smoked Villgrater is produced of beef and pork, the structure easily graind, mildly smoked, spiced with fresh mountain herbs, afterwards is dried for several weeks.
Servelade-Würstel are already a classic under the fine-grained boiled sausages. Our Servelade is produced of high-quality veal and pork and is filled in physical pig's bowel. It tastes best of all warmly, grilled or in fine discs cut as a sausage salad with onions.
Of finely spicy beef and pork bottled in natural bowel, smoked and matured for some days, this proves the probably best known raw sausage speciality in the Alps, the so-called Kaminwurze. The choice of the best raw materials and the processing after old tradition guarantees a maximum in quality.
