Dolomites Muscat Fine Old Distillate 45 % 50 cl. - Distillery Zu Plun
In the "Old" line of products you will find a brandy and two grappas, which have their time spent in the barriques to thank for their aroma, style, and deep, warm color. Purist Florian Rabanser uses small oak barrels, which were previously used by the winemakers of Austrian Burgenland in the manufacturing of their sweet wines, for storage during the maturing process.
Grappa Kerner 0,5 lt. 42 % - Distillery Zu Plun
Just like the wine, the Kerner Grappa the distillery Zu Plun smells very conservative, low-key. On the palate though, it is dry, full-bodied, and very present. In the end, this distillation exhibits a typical profile with a taste similar to nutmeg.
Grappa Riesling 0,5 lt. 42 % - Distillery Zu Plun
The multifaceted fruit scent of the Riesling is also present in this grappa. It has notes of peach, apricot, quince, and green apple. It tastes full-bodied and characteristic, at the same time, it is surprisingly smooth.
Rhum Zu Plun 50 cl. - 50 % - Distillery Zu Plun
The pure variety of rum is manufactured without added sugar or flavors and smells of the aromas of leather, tobacco, dried fruits, and sultanas. It tastes mild and "feinherb" (on the dry side).

The Hofbrennerei Zu Plun - Florian Rabanser is a family business in Castelrotto, a municipality in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy. The distillery is run by Florian Rabanser, who learned the craft of distilling his father and is now the fourth generation to continue it.
