Intense ruby red colour with a hint of violet. The bouquet has notes of mature, red fruits, such as cherries, amarena cherries, dried prunes, woodland fruits, blackberries and blueberries. The palate has a good, soft, ample structure and again confirms the nose, ending with spices, black pepper, canella and liquorice.
Tender, sweet and incredibly delicious. Our crispy, fine puff pastry with a delicate sugar crust and its distinctive shape is a noble companion for every tea and coffee time. With only natural ingredients, free hydrogenated fats, colourings or preservatives. Without palm oil.

The Sarner farm sausages are produced after an old farm preion of well-chosen thin meat with special spices. They are slowly smoked in the smoke cellar at the Grammhof with coniferous wood, mountain pine and juniper stored up to the right cut firmness and the unique taste.
Our mountain salami consists of controlled, thin and tender pork which is enriched with natural spices and is dried in rough height air.
It is produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels to get its typical amber colour. Its most striking feature is that it does not alter the colour of dishes but it adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent to replace wine vinegar).
