El vino se crÃÂa en barricas por un año y luego otros seis meses de guarda en botella antes de salir al mercado. Y ténganle paciencia. En un comienzo este robusto y maduro tinto del norte argentino parece cerrado e impenetrable; sin embargo, a medida que pasan los minutos, se va abriendo hacia sabores más rojos y refrescantes. Es grande en boca, pero de una muy buena acidez. Necesita tiempo en botella."
