The palate is fruity, racy, well-balance and offers juiciness, a beautiful freshness, a fine concentration, a fine creaminess, elegance, aromatic purity, a fine acidulous frame, freshness, a racy minerality as well as deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy cassis, juicy/ripe raspberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of chocolate, toasted as well as discreet hints of caramelization and very discreet hints of sweet spices/vanilla. Tannins are elegant, finely tight and structuring. Good length. Power on the finish."

On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe/crushed black berries and more slightly black cherry, ripe raspberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, small cooked black berries, cola, cocoa/tonka bean, subtle touches of sweet spices, coffee as well as a very discreet hint of almond and dry floor of local forest. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length. There are hints of coffee and toasted almond/nut on the finish/persistence."
