"For this Pasionado, they primarily use two blocks. One is the first that Andeluna planted in Gualtallary in 1997, and the other is located in the westernmost and highest sector of the property, which has more stones and is less fertile. This is a clear expression of the variety with a strong accent on herbal and spicy notes and red fruits mixed with flowers. The palate has very moderate, soft tannins in a context of lots of ripe red fruits and, again, an herbal character that brings freshness."

It was aged in oak barrels and clay amphorae."
