The Bruccoleri family, which for years has been dedicated to the food and wine sector of Niscemi, a world heritage site for artichokes, revives an ancient recipe handed down their ancestors, the Amaronna, a bitter with rich balsamic digestive properties.
Amaro al Carciofo di Niscemi (30% Vol) with its clean, vegetal taste enhances the unmistakable flavour of the artichoke.
