It is an egg liqueur refined with rum and created especially for being drunk in company after a day spent on the snow in the mountains or at home. Very easy to prepare. It has a charming flavour. Suggestions: "Bombardino": warm Bombardino up slightly and decorate it with whipped cream. "Calimero": slightly warm up an espresso mixed with bombardino and decorate it with whipped cream.
The garnet red color holds promise of strong aromas and opulence: Growing in the warm soils of Bozen's circular valley, its fruity and zesty bouquet is reminiscent of chocolate, ripe cherry and violets. The long maturation favors the Lagrein's soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, followed by an impressive finish. A wine of choice with game, game birds and stewed dishes.
St. Magdalener is a typical South Tyrolean red wine made Vernatsch and Lagrein grapes, of a pleasing colour that ranges ruby to garnet. It has a wide pallet of fruity flavours, almonds to wild cherries, which expand and intensify on the palate. It is delicate yet has a powerful structure.
Gewürztraminer is an intense golden colour with a deep bouquet of complex fragrances such as lychees and orange peels, cloves, nutmeg and roses. The wine needs a few moments in the glass to give the best of itself. On the palate it is stimulating thanks to its structure, freshness and vivacity, with a very persistent and slightly bitter aftertaste. Gewürztraminer reaches its full development only after several months of aging in the bottle.
