Due Barili has an exceptionally rich and smooth taste thanks to the harmonious blend of Grappa of Prosecco and pure grape marc with floral aroma, as well as thanks to the double ageing in two different kinds of barrels: at least two years in 225-liter French oak barrique and at least two years in Sherry PX barrels.
Destillate from: blend of Grappa of Proseccograpes Glera and puregrape marc.
Destillation: artisanally distilled with Crysopea, vacuum bain-marie pot still.
Service temperature: 18 - 20°C / 65 - 68°F in a tulip-shaped glass.
Veal sausages have also found in the South Tyrolean kitchen their firm place and are generated after Old-Bavarian recipe. Traditionally it is enough to warm up the veal sausages in hot water and to serve with sweet mustard and a lye pretzel. In addition a Bavarian wheat beer tastes especially well. However, they also enrich records with "cooked Mixed" and Bozner sauce.
