Top fermented pale ale made with organic barley and hops. Golden yellow in color with a smashing aroma of tropical fruits. The taste is delicate and elegant with a subtle citrus-flavour. Creamy and persistent head. A great choice for sushi, delicate pasta, soft cheeses. Also great as apéritif. Secondarily fermented and aged in bottle, forms natural sediments.

Obtained the soft pressure of Gewürztraminer grapes that just underwent a special sugar fermentation process. Refined through the addition of selected yeasts. Very elegant and scented destillate. Top-quality product.
These Grappas are distilled grape skins deriving fully ripe and absolutely healthy grapes grown in the Neustift estate, grape skins which yield single grape brandies characterised by clean, pure, clear-cut varietal character.
We only use the finest pork for our fennel salami and it is made with natural spices. The salami gets its spicy taste the gentle drying and maturing in the South Tyrolean mountain air. This brings out the delicate flavour of the fennel.
The most suitable feed, the best pigs with the best breeding system give the Iberian Loins '5B' of Estirpe Negra, and give them the fine and homogeneous grain throughout the typical piece of this product.
