Love and Passion for olive oil since 1895
In the Veneto, thanks to the mild climate of the hills and the area of Garda, the cultivation of olive trees boasts a tradition that dates back a few centuries, which products are produced, that are particularly appreciated nowadays by the numerous foreign tourists who visit the territory, and by who searches more delicate organoleptic and less strong characteristics compared to the those of the products coming the south of Italy.
The Extra-Virgin Olive oil of "Integral" quality is a particularly tasty oil of sweet taste, full-bodied and fragrant. It is obtained with the cold extraction of olives of particular quality that allows the oil to retain its natural organoleptic properties unaltered. The Classico Quattrociocchi is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose is fine and enveloping, with ample fruity tones of unripe tomato, lettuce and artichoke, accompanied by fresh hints of mint, basil and sage. The palate is elegant and vegetal, with hints of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is present and pungency is harmonic.
You look around and you wonder if it is the earth or the stone that takes care of these age old olive trees. Plants that grow on stony calcareous soil with good drainage at a perfect cultivation altitude; small-sized and low yielding, they are cared for and touched only by human hands. It can be used in many recipes: for sauteed creamy pasta and rice dishes, tuna marinade, shellfish au gratin and vegetable soup. Ideal with grilled radicchio, pinzimonio, artichoke salad with parmesan slivers, meat sauce and fishfry.

It reveals an intense golden yellow colour with light green shades. It results wide and elegant, with smells of artichoke and chicory, enriched with fragrant notes of basil and lesser calamint. Taste is refined and enchanting, with tones of lettuce, black pepper, and in the end a decisive taste of sweet almond. Bitter and spicy tastes are both harmonious. It is perfect with starters of beans, salmon carpaccio, spelt salads, risotto with artichoke, grilled fish, trout marinade, vegetables puree, shellfish first courses, boiled fish, fresh cheeses and baked biscuits
