Love and Passion for olive oil since 1895
In the Veneto, thanks to the mild climate of the hills and the area of Garda, the cultivation of olive trees boasts a tradition that dates back a few centuries, which products are produced, that are particularly appreciated nowadays by the numerous foreign tourists who visit the territory, and by who searches more delicate organoleptic and less strong characteristics compared to the those of the products coming the south of Italy
The "Extra" quality was born a careful selection of olives that boast the maximum characteristics of the selected quality. Harvested on the Venetian hills once ripe, they are processed with the traditional cold extraction system. This oil of the fragrant taste and fruity scent, is of deep green colour with golden reflexes.
Description: the "sea oil". Olive trees are 300 years old and grow at 60 meters above sea level, unfiltered, smell of fruits.
Use this product to prepare delicious snacks or to enhance gravies and sauces.
Produced personally by the Martelli family, in their own pasta factory in Lari, in the hills of Pisa in Tuscany.
The colour is an inviting lively ruby. The nose, of cherries and nectarines, is fragrant and convincing. In the mouth the wine moves juicily towards the close, while remaining enjoyably refreshing.
