Profile: It reveals an intense golden yellow colour with light green shades. It results wide and elegant, with smells of artichoke and chicory, enriched with fragrant notes of basil and lesser calamint. Taste is refined and enchanting, with tones of lettuce, black pepper, and in the end a decisive taste of sweet almond. Bitter and spicy tastes are both harmonious. It is perfect with starters of beans, salmon carpaccio, spelt salads, risotto with artichoke, grilled fish, trout marinade, vegetables puree, shellfish first courses, boiled fish, fresh cheeses and baked biscuits
The "Extra" quality was born a careful selection of olives that boast the maximum characteristics of the selected quality. Harvested on the Venetian hills once ripe, they are processed with the traditional cold extraction system. This oil of the fragrant taste and fruity scent, is of deep green colour with golden reflexes.
The Extra-Virgin Olive oil of "Integral" quality is a particularly tasty oil of sweet taste, full-bodied and fragrant. It is obtained with the cold extraction of olives of particular quality that allows the oil to retain its natural organoleptic properties unaltered. The Integral oil is healthy and rich of trace elements which are precious for our health.
