Our craft pasta ( "Spaghetti", "Penne Classiche", "Spaghettini" and "Maccheroni di Toscana") is made by slowly kneading the best durum-wheats with cold water. The bronze-drawing gives the pasta a rough texture. It is then dried at a " low traditional temperature" (33-36°C) for about 50 hours (depending on the weather).
The result is a tasty and porous pasta which allows the sauces to be absorbed well.
Only the members of the family work in the pasta factory. They combine long years of professionalism with the passion for keeping up the Italian craft tradition of making pasta.
The land hunters Villgrater are classical tyrolean raw sausages with their typical flat-pressed form, like the Kaminwurzen, easily smoked, produced of beef and pork, well ground.
The Extra-Virgin Olive oil of "Integral" quality is a particularly tasty oil of sweet taste, full-bodied and fragrant. It is obtained with the cold extraction of olives of particular quality that allows the oil to retain its natural organoleptic properties unaltered. The Integral oil is healthy and rich of trace elements which are precious for our health.
Of finely spicy beef and pork bottled in natural bowel, smoked and matured for some days, this proves the probably best known raw sausage speciality in the Alps, the so-called Kaminwurze. The choice of the best raw materials and the processing after old tradition guarantees a maximum in quality.
