The basic presupposition of the work of Casale Paradiso is that the nature gives us everything that we need. It is not necessary to add nothing. To be able to cook tasty and healthy dishes it is enough to take what the nature offers us trying to ruin it the less possible. With first quality raw materials it is easy to have first quality products. Chemistry is not necessary, it is enough the nature.
Gastronomic product made of bread and cheese, typical of Alto Adige. Excellent with broth. Also ideal with sauerkraut, sausage, knuckle, cooked pork or vegetables. Also delicious with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
The Sextner farm salami Villgrater is produced of pure pork, it is an aromatic house salami with light garlic mark, air-dried after Italian kind.
We only use the finest pork for our fennel salami and it is made with natural spices. The salami gets its spicy taste the gentle drying and maturing in the South Tyrolean mountain air. This brings out the delicate flavour of the fennel.

little salami of pure swine pure, middle grinded, sacked in natural bowel. Red colour, grained well defined with granules of fat, characteristic perfume and delicate taste are the characteristics that make it unique and original.
