Altitude and exposure of the vineyards: 200 metres (600 ft.) to 400 metres (1200 ft.) a.s.l. with a southerly exposure
Soil: Clay and calcareous
Grapes/Blend: Glera
Harvest period: Manual harvest during the second half of September
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature
Yields: 13,500 Kg/ha
Ageing: 5-month Charmat ageing followed by 3 months in the bottle
Alcohol level: 11.5%
Color: Straw yellow colour with gold bright reflections. Fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Typically floral with strong pear and Golden apple fruity aroma
Flavour: Refined, harmonious, lingering aroma and sapidity
Serving suggestions: The tulip is the ideal glass to favour the development of perlage and appreciate all the features of the wine. We recommend serving this Prosecco at 6- 7°C and gradually bringing the bottle to temperature in order not to shock the wine. Do not store sparkling wine for long periods of time in the refrigerator
Food matches: At best with fish preparations. Excellent as an aperitif but even better as an all-meal companion
