Serving suggestions: Serve this wine in a flûte glass at a temperature of between 6-8°C to bring out its perfumes and flavours. Make sure the bottle doesn't suffer excessive temperature changes. It is best not to store this product in a fridge for lengthy periods
Food matches: It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones

The South Tyrolean deer salamis Villgrater is produced of home deer meat with vigourous pork bacon, is refined with local wild herbs and afterwards air-dried.

Gentian roots are known for their digestive and invigorating properties. The roots were dried for about 30 days and afterwards left to infuse cold in fresh grappa. Our gentian grappa is characterised by a lighlty bitter taste and can calso be served cool.
The climate, the spring water and the soil of this marvelous island add quality and prestige to this product of the highest level: stone milling with dry system at low revolutions to avoid overheating of the product and preserving its organoleptic properties , slow extrusion, bronze drawing, long drying times (30-48 hours) at low temperatures, manual packaging do the rest.
Brilliant ruby colour with purple tints. Quite pronounced, very fruity aroma with impressions of red fruit cherries and violets. Medium bodied, quite mild and soft though dry. Fresh and slightly spicy aftertaste with an elegant bitter note of bitter almonds. Lagdo di Caldaro is usually drunk in the year after production, but can laso be cellared for at least 3 years.
