Ingredients: borettane onions, sugar, wine vinegar, water, sunflower seed oil, "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI" 3% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring agent: E150d), white wine, salt, spices, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330). It contains sulphites.
