Bauern Schüttelbrot traditional with caraway & fennel / 150g pack
The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our ‘Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
Ingredients: Rye flour 72%, wheat flour, yeast, salt, caraway 2%, fennel 1%, malt extract, malt flour.
The taste of noble hazelnuts and nougat cream marks the Noisetto. A harmonious sweetness paired with delicate aromas of roasting completes the new taste experience.
A hearty wholemeal bread with linseeds and sunflower seeds rich in natural and valuable ingredients. Optimally coordinated ingredients guarantee simple production, safe success and oven-fresh enjoyment. Simply add water and you will receive a wonderfully loose bread in no time. Ideally suited for the automatic baking oven. The mixture consists of natural, genetically unmodified ingredients.
After the infusion in very pure alcohol the gentian roots are gently distilled in small stills. In fact, the delicate aroma and the typically fine and bitter flavour are assured by this method.
Rue is a plant that grows on poor soil or in wine regions. It is well known for its digestive and diuretic characteristics and is usually harvested before its flowering time. It is then left to infuse for about 30 days in fresh grappa and finally bottled with a fresh rue branch. Our rue grappa is characterised by a smooth, soft and slightly herbaceous taste.
