One of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are the bacon dumplings, hand made by the butcher's shop Villgrater in Sexten/Sesto.
Servelade-Würstel are already a classic under the fine-grained boiled sausages. Our Servelade is produced of high-quality veal and pork and is filled in physical pig's bowel. It tastes best of all warmly, grilled or in fine discs cut as a sausage salad with onions.
Made like Viennese Würstel, in a little bit bigger format, is asked a Servelade very much as insert for salads. Furthermore Servelade is often grilled or used as a soup insert. The mild and typical good taste of the beechwood smoke is estimated experts very much.
Our goulash was never as asked as today. Today where the time is calculated so scarcely, the people buy with pleasure instant products, above all if these underpin the made decision by its quality.
