Spicy-sweet mustard purée with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then mashed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. Pears mostarda goes particularly well with blue cheeses and white meats.

Simply heat up the red cabbage with some water or broth for approx. 5-10 minutes. The red cabbage is suited particularly as an addition to venison.
