This excellent and limited production eau-de-vie is made with blackberries that grow on the sunny slopes of the South Tyrolean mountains. The ancient method of the double distillation carried out in copper bain-marie stills brings out the full and delicate fragrance of these berries.
The secret of this Framboise are selected wild raspberries, macerated several months in very fine alcohol, and slowly and very carefully distilled in small copper stills. The high quality of this product is assured by this refined production method.
