The yellow Muoscato grape, the richest and ripest, is distilled twice, following the ancient production method in bain marie stills. It is one of the most precious products of our house. Due to the rarity of this grape the production of this eau-de-vie is very limited. The "Moskatella" eau-de-vie has the typically pleasant and very aromatic flavour of the Moscato grape.
The Rowanberry eau-de-vie is a unique product. Only the best ripe berries are used for its production. The full and firm aroma of this eau-de-vie is assured by the careful handling and delicate distillation carried out in bain-marie stills.
Obstler is distilled different varieties of apples ripened in the South Tyrolean sun. The double distillation carried out following an ancient and tested procedure assures the full aroma and the pure, light flavour of our product.
In our distillery we refine the peel of fresh berries and our mostly homegrown fruits. The spirits reflect our commitment and the very aromatic fruits which uniquely reflect the climate of the Vinschgau valley.

Woodruff is a plant growing in the underwood, on an altitude of 600-700 m and is partularly appreciated for its digestive properties. The plant is generally harvested in May and afterwards left to infusion with fresh grappa and bottled with a branch of fresh woodruff. This grappa is further characterised by a fine and fresh herbal taste
