The yellow Muoscato grape, the richest and ripest, is distilled twice, following the ancient production method in bain marie stills. It is one of the most precious products of our house. Due to the rarity of this grape the production of this eau-de-vie is very limited. The "Moskatella" eau-de-vie has the typically pleasant and very aromatic flavour of the Moscato grape.

The Müller Thurgau Grappa is a special product of our firm. Due to the rareness of the used grape marks, the production quantity is limited. This noble and singular eau-de-vie is made with the slightly pressed Müller Thurgau grape marks and has a full and unique aroma.
Quince are becoming increasingly rare, but every year we seek out this special fruit anew and only the very best. The extremely limited quince apple schnapps is distilled with the utmost care to preserve its unique flavour and incredibly fruity aroma.
The Blackthorn (or sloe) ripens in late September and is harvested after the first frost, as this makes the taste of the fruit harmonious. The sloe spirit meets the nose with intense almond marzipan notes, and slight hints of dry hay and plum. To the palate it is full-bodied with marzipan, fruity and long lasting.
