In order to assure the full forest flavour for the production of our special raspberry distillate, we only use raspberries grown at at high altitudes. After a long maceration in pure alcohol the very careful distillation is carried out in small bain-marie stills a really fine product of class. After a few months of maturation the alcohol degree is lower, and the distillate can be filtered and bottled.
