Fine, elegnat grappa the Prosecco grape perfektly distilled and matured for more than 18 months in barrique barrels of French oak. Plesantly fuity notes accomanied by hints of honey and vanilla, together with a long finish, also inspire particulary demanding palates.
To serve: Pure in the Cognac glass at 18°C
Bottle to: 500 ml - 50 cl - 0,5 lt.
Oil of low acidity, unfiltered, harmonious and delicate scent with notes of fruit and walnut. On the palate it is sweet, elegant, full and round: suitable for delicate dishes and carpaccio.
