Simply heat up the red cabbage with some water or broth for approx. 5-10 minutes. The red cabbage is suited particularly as an addition to venison.
Curcuma (Curcuma longa L.) belongs to the Zingiberaceae family, to the same family as ginger. The addition of peach gives this infusion a particularly fresh and fruity note. Like any similar product, it does not contain theine.
