"According to tried and tested South Tyrolean tradition the organic cultivated gentian roots are steeped in organic grappa. Gentian is without doubt sublime when it comes to bitter taste. The typical taste of gential roots envolves after a few seconds after drinking on the gums.
Tip: Best to enjoy at a room temperature between 18 and 20°C.
The yellow gentian is a long-term plant, which is mostly spreaded in alpine landscapes, blooms all summer long and belongs to the protected plants. It is mostly known for its bitter substances of its roots. The roots are used to produce liqueur, and is beneficial for the digestion. Since this is a natural product, natural clouding substances can set on the ground."

Gentian roots are known for their digestive and invigorating properties. The roots were dried for about 30 days and afterwards left to infuse cold in fresh grappa. Our gentian grappa is characterised by a lighlty bitter taste and can calso be served cool.
