Our hay flowers liqueur is a cloudy mountain aroma liqueur with an alcoholic content of 22 percent. The hay flowers liqueur matures of course in a barrel and is bottled unfiltered after a 5-month ripening period. Thereby he develops beside the mountain aroma also his unusual smell after fresh Alpine grasslands. The hay comes highly alpine grasslands and is controlled certified herbal farmers and biologists and is selected by hand. The Alpine grasslands are fenced in, so that they cannot be dirtied wild animals or cows.

Made with pure Alpine grassland hay, mixed with fresh alpine source water, alcohol and crystal sugar. We consciously avoid artificial additives in all our products. All Lerchnhof products are without preservatives, without colorings and without taste amplifier.

The 2016 Barbera d'Asti 'Montebruna' is a highly representative example of Barbera Asti. Even better, it won't break the bank. Sweet wild cherries, minerals, mint and spices flow this beautifully delineated, vibrant wine. As always, this is a somewhat hearty, rustic style of Barbera best enjoyed at the dinner table.
