Ingredients:Soft wheat flour type 00, whole wheat flour (18%), whole spelt flour (18%), rye flour, linseed, sunflower seeds salt, apple fibre, dried yeast, sugar.
Olive oil recommended for: Vegetables (raw, cooked or roasted), grilled vegetables, potato dishes, sauces, soups, pasta and rice dishes, roasts, grilled meat, fish dishes, cheese and sausages, pizza and bruschetta. This olive oil can be used for cooking as well as raw.
