Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities.
To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.
Produced personally by the Martelli family, in their own pasta factory in Lari, in the hills of Pisa in Tuscany.
In this beer set we integrated the following beer: 6 x Special Beer Pustertaler Freiheit 330 ml., 6 x Beer Weizen Pustertaler Freiheit 330 ml., 3 x Bright Beer Pustertaler Freiheit 330 ml., 3 x Red Beer Pustertaler Freiheit 330 ml.
Basic material for this culinary speciality is the imperial part of the pig. With the rosemary on the surface develops the incomparable taste.
