The Senfter sausage palette
South Tirol... this sounds after clear mountain air, green meadows and after the taste smoky of tender sausage specialities. The products of Senfter mature after a long traditional procedure in the incredibly spicy air of the Dolomites. For an unmistakeable taste which makes the sausage of Senfter something quite special.
By their distinctive, angular form the land hunters are a "round thing"! Above all for occasionally whether as a small strengthening on a big wandering or as a break snack in school or office - the smoked sausage has to come too! A little milder spicy than the "Kaminwurze", epicures estimate above all the slightly sweetish taste.
Soft cheese bovine milk, Appearance: rind has prominent white mould, Aroma: white mushrooms, Flavour: good balance between cheese and mould, Consistency: creamy, Maturation: 2 weeks in the refining cell.
