The products of Senfter mature after a long traditional procedure in the incredibly spicy air of the Dolomites. For an unmistakeable taste which makes the sausage of Senfter something quite special.
By their distinctive, angular form the land hunters are a "round thing"! Above all for occasionally whether as a small strengthening on a big wandering or as a break snack in school or office - the smoked sausage has to come too! A little milder spicy than the "Kaminwurze", epicures estimate above all the slightly sweetish taste.
