Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities.
To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.
Roasted it tastes especially good and is best served with sauerkraut or roast potatoes - suitably in addition a chill Bavarian beer.
Servelade long - pork, well ground, natural bowel, smoked. To 2 pieces vacuum-packed, weight approx. 300 gr.
"Krainer" extralong - Pork and beef, roughly ground, natural bowel, smoked. To 2 pieces vacuum-packed, weight approx. 800 gr.
"Meraner" - Pork and beef, well ground with meat little piece, smoked. To 3 pieces vacuum-packed, weight approx. 240 gr.
San Marzano tomatoes taste like fresh tomatoes, incomparably fruity, fragrantly and incredibly. Today the kind threatened by the extinction growns thanks to the Slow Food branch on the fertile grounds of Vesuvius again.
After expert smoking process the wild sausages mature in three weeks up to the right cut firmness. A condition for this qualitatively very high-quality product are an expert choice and processing of the ingredients, thin game and pork. It's light smoke taste is typical.
