Typical Tyrolean cheese often used as a filling for traditional dishes such as „Kasnocken” and savory “Krapfen”. Very low fat cheese obtained by acid coagulation without the addition of rennet. The ErlebnisSennerei is managed already in the 3rd generation by two brothers, who get the milk alp-farmers of the region. The grey cheese is smoked by DEGUST in beechwood for 6 hours coldly.
Soft cheese bovine milk, Appearance: Crust with wheat bran, smell: fruity, straw smells, taste & aroma: Apple, Patisserie aromas, consistency & structure: Creamy, softy, maturation: approx. 20 days, wheat bran & apple distillate.

The special herbal mixture after old traditional farm preion and smoking with selected, Sarntaler coniferous wood (mountain pine pine and juniper) give the "Original Grammhof Speck" the unique and unmistakeable taste.
The flavour is very spicy due to the chilli pepper and strong paprika. The salami undergoes a gentle smoking. An ideal ingredient for pizza toppings.
